Retirement Programs

AUHS offers a 401K retirement program, currently administered by Mutual of America. Faculty members are eligible to contribute pre-tax earnings to this program after the first 90 days of employment with AUHS. The program has two components (1) (1) Pre-tax dollars that you, as a faculty member contribute to this plan for your future retirement needs; and (2) monies that AUHS contributes to your retirement savings to help you build on your retirement savings. After 1 year of continuous service as a fulltime faculty member, you are eligible for Company Matching Contributions to your personal contributions. See below for additional information
