Visitors at Work

AUHS expects that the faculty member be fully engaged in his/her work while at the University during assigned workhours. Therefore, personal visitors, family members including children, and friends who come to the University to visit or otherwise spend time with the faculty member are strongly discouraged. A visitor who meets the faculty member for the purpose of going out to lunch or other similar limited activity is acceptable. Emergency situations one case-by-case basis may be allowed depending upon the circumstance. Please check with supervisor if an emergency situation occurs.
