SEARCHES AND INSPECTIONS

In order to protect the safety and property of all Employees, the University reserves the right to inspect Employees’ desks, cabinets, briefcases, backpacks, lockers, purses, toolboxes, and personal vehicles, as well as any other personal belongings brought onto University property. The University may access and review all files and records on computers, including similar electronic equipment used to create, edit, or store data provided by the University at any time and without notice. Employees are expected to cooperate in any search. Failure to cooperate will result in disciplinary action, up to and including separation of employment.
