AT-WILL EMPLOYMENT STATEMENT

Nothing in this Handbook creates or is intended to create a promise or representation of continued employment for a definite term. Employment at the University is employment At-Will and may be separated at the will of either the University or the Employee. An Employee has the right to separate employment at any time, with or without cause or notice, and the University has the same right. An Employee’s status as an At-Will Employee may not be changed except in writing, and such a writing must be signed by the President/CEO or the Vice-President of Development/Chief Operating Officer/Chief Nurse Administration of the University and the Employee. This Handbook shall supersede any and all prior handbooks, written documents, or verbal representations concerning University policies and practices that may contradict the At-Will nature of employment.
