Drug Possession

A faculty member under the influence of, or in the possession of, or in the act of selling or distributing illegal or addictive drugs, will be subject to immediate suspension and possible discharge, pending due process. Faculty Members who are approached by anyone on School premises about the purchase of illegal or addictive drugs must report this fact to the management. Human Resources will be responsible for effective training programs from outside sources that emphasize the dangers of drug abuse and the detection of drug abusers.
