STUDENT RELATIONS PHILOSOPHY

The University’s most important goal is student satisfaction. Students are the most important people in the business. Let’s face it, without them the University would not be here. Therefore, please observe the following RULES FOR SUCCESS:

    1. STUDENTS are the most important people in our business, whether we are dealing with them in person or over the telephone.
    2. STUDENTS do not depend on us. We depend on them.
    3. STUDENTS are not an interruption of our work. They are the purpose for our work.
    4. STUDENTS favor us with their patronage. We are not doing them a favor by serving them.
    5. STUDENTS are a part of our business. They are not outsiders.
    6. STUDENTS are not cold statistics. They are human beings with feelings and emotions like our own.
    7. STUDENTS are not someone with whom we argue or match wits.
    8. STUDENTS are people who bring us their wants. It is our job to fill those wants.
    9. STUDENTS are deserving of the most courteous and attentive treatment we can give them.
    10. STUDENTS ARE THE LIVELIHOOD OF OUR BUSINESS.
