SUMMARY OF BENEFITS

This section of the Handbook is intended to provide a general overview of the benefits currently available to eligible Employees of the University. Local, state, and/or federal laws may regulate some of these benefits, while others may be determined by the University or governed by a benefit provider. Should there be a discrepancy between the contents of this Handbook and a provision of an applicable law, benefit plan, or contract, then the law, plan document, or contract will prevail.

The University will make an effort to communicate any changes to its benefits in a timely manner to all Employees; however, the University reserves the right to modify or eliminate any or all of its benefits at any time, for any reason, with or without notice to the Employees, as required.
