Unacceptable Attire

Perfume, cologne, aftershave, and lotion should be used moderately. Please wear these substances in moderation while in the workplace. Some individuals may be sensitive to strong fragrances or are allergic to the chemicals in perfumes and make-up.

This is not a complete list of clothing, shoes, and other forms of attire that may be deemed impermissible, but should serve as a guideline. The University will make the final determination as to whether attire and personal appearance are appropriate. The University will also consider requests for reasonable accommodations for religious observances, dress, and grooming practices.

At the discretion of management, disciplinary action may be taken for excessive offenders, up to and including separation of employment.
