Hazardous and Toxic Materials

If an Employee’s job requires the use of hazardous or toxic materials, the Employee is expected to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations concerning safe handling and disposal. If an Employee has any questions about the materials the Employee works with or the proper safety procedures to follow, the Employee must discuss those concerns immediately with their Supervisor or Human Resources.
