PREMISES AND PROPERTY SURVEILLANCE
The University is committed to providing a workplace that promotes safety and security for all of its Employees and customers. The University also stresses the importance of serving all customers in a courteous and efficient manner. In order to accomplish these objectives and safeguard the safety of Employees and customers, the University has installed a visual and/or audio surveillance system, except in private areas, such as restrooms, showers, and dressing rooms, including the monitoring of e-mail, voicemail transmissions, Internet activity, and all clocking Employee activity within the electronic time keeping system. Employees’ actions and activities while on the University’s premises may be observed and/or recorded. Employees should understand that these security measures assist in monitoring the University and its property. It is the sincere hope of the University that this will enable the University to protect the interests of employees, customers, and the University.
