STUDENT IDS

AUHS students are required display their student identification card at all times while on campus, experiential sites, and/or participating in events where AUHS ID is required.

• ID Replacement
  o There is a replacement fee for damaged, lost, or stolen ID cards. Please contact the office of Student Affairs for the replacement fee at your campus.
  o If a student has an ID with incorrect information they may receive a free replacement. However, they must submit their old ID badge with the incorrect information in order to receive a free replacement.
