Strategic Planning Council

The Strategic Planning Council (SPC) meets quarterly and has the responsibility for building the strategic plan with collaborative input from stakeholders consisting of the Board of Trustees, President’s Advisory Council, Faculty, Advisory Boards, students, Alumni, administration, and Staff. The Strategic Plan is composed of a process that starts with gathering facts, conducting a SWOT Analysis, reviewing inputs, creating a strategic matric, defining strategies, reviewing, and adjusting the plan.
