Title IX
The Director of Student Services is the coordinator of Title IX-the Educational Amendments Act of 1972, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in any education program or activity receiving federal financial assistance. All inquiries or complaints under the sex discrimination provisions of Title IX should be directed to the Director of Student Services. The Director of Student Services must act equitably and promptly to resolve complaints and should provide a response within seven working days after the investigation.
