University Postings

The University maintains, displays, and posts information regarding University policies, governmental regulations, and other matters of concern to all Employees and related to the Employees’ employment by the University. Employees should develop a habit of regularly checking the posted information to be familiar with the content. University postings are located in the Faculty/Staff Conference room (3rd floor), Faulty/Staff break rooms, and First Floor (next to the library). No information may be posted on the University’s premises without the approval of Human Resources, and VP/COO.

Courtesy

Courtesy is the responsibility of every Employee. Everyone is expected to be courteous, polite, and friendly to students, customers, vendors, and suppliers. Never use profanity, swear words, or slang when speaking with a customer, or when a customer is present, while carrying out the University’s goals and objectives. Promptly respond to any customer questions or requests. In order to foster a harmonious and civil work environment, rude, discourteous, abusive, or threatening behavior toward anyone in the workplace is prohibited.
