UNIVERSITY-SPONSORED SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES

The University may from time to time sponsor social or recreational activities for its Employees. Employee attendance at such activities is completely voluntary and is not work-related. Neither the University nor its insurer will be liable for the payment of workers’ compensation benefits for any injury that arises out of an Employee’s voluntary participation in any activity that is not part of work-related duties.
