GENERAL

1. Students must meet the following School of Nursing minimum health evaluation requirements.
2. Depending on clinical placement, students will be required to meet any additional health evaluation requirement per individual institution’s policy (also see Clinical
   Agency Rules).
3. Students with any medical conditions or problems need to have a clearance by a physician or healthcare provider stating that the student can work at the clinical setting with no
   restriction.
