Course & Faculty Evaluation

Courses are evaluated at the mid-point and conclusion of each course.  Faculty bench-march for course evaluation is 3.5.  It is the faculty’s responsibility to make an appointment after the end of the course to meet with his/her supervisor to discuss their course evaluations.  If faculty fall below a 3.5 benchmark or too many unsatisfactory feed-back on evaluation, an Action Plan needs to be developed to improve teaching outcomes.  See Faculty Handbook for timelines on Faculty Evaluation and the process.
