Parking, Keys and Employee ID

Parking

You are free to park along the side streets or in the front of the building as street parking allows.  Be mindful that when parking on city streets, several streets have designated times and other parking rules.  Be sure to follow posted parking rules so you do not get ticketed.  You are also free to park in the parking lot below the building in any spot not designated for a special purpose

ID & Keys

You will need to visit our HR department for your keys and issuance of your employee ID.  Please note that the employee ID is also an electronic key and will let you into the secured areas of the University.  Loss of this ID must be reported immediately and will incur a replacement charge.  It is mandatory for you to wear your ID while on Campus. DO NOT let anyone into the building without an ID. Individuals or students without an ID must come to campus via the front door entrance and sign-in to campus following campus procedures.  Please take a moment to reflect on campus safety and what you can do to maintain a safe campus environment.  While on campus ALL must do their part to assure the campus is a safe place for faculty, students and staff.
